Fabulous black sand beach just a walk away! Supermarket and restaurant close by. Owner refunded rent and replaced broken coffee maker. Great location, onsite parking, supportive staff. Spacious homes with 6 beds, 2.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Tennis court, basketball, and pool available. Stable and fast wifi, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space, decent pool, helpful host. Kitchen is simple but functional.

the homes at playa negra were spacious, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and secure neighborhood. The nearby amenities such as the tennis court, basketball court, and pool were a great addition. The wifi was stable and fast, making it convenient for work or leisure activities.
